Developing the fundamentals of proper body positioning, mechanics, and technique are necessary in order to build a strong athletic foundation. From here, constantly refining these fundamentals allows the athlete to progress towards more advanced skill-sets and exercises, which in turn leads to more productive training sessions.
KIRE Fitness takes a comprehensive approach to strength and conditioning by integrating essential fitness concepts into each training session. Training is gymnastics-forward but utilizes exercises gleaned from various athletic disciplines (such as resistance training, power lifting, speed and agility) to maximize the physical potential of our clients.
Building the Complete Athlete
Our goal is to develop well-rounded, fitness-orientated individuals by way of thoughtful cross-training circuits that specifically address functional muscle groups and areas of the body that require special consideration. All athletes work through proper progressions regardless of skill level, and the intensity of each session is dialed in to the individual needs of the athlete.
